Application of the RTA to Rural Land
VIC: Over the years I have found that a common misunderstanding is that the Residential Tenancies Act only applies upto a certain size piece of land, some have said 8 acres, some 5 and variety of other sizes have been mentioned. The Act actually looks for the primary purpose of the land not the land size.
