Members site updates
You may have noticed some updates coming through on the FAQ's section and the Downloadable resources. We are now uptown section 91ZZI of the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act on the FAQ section which you can use the search function on that section with keywords to locate what you are looking for. We have also made some additions to the downloadable resources, and due to popular demand we have today added a card to the downloadable resources under standard letters, we often discuss in training 10 tenancy reminders for renters and they were added today.
Finally an update on 2 items we have announced as coming. The first is our branded app, this is awaiting approval from both Google and Apple to go into their respective stores, we have been advised this normally takes around 2 weeks and we are now on day 10 so fingers crossed that will be available early next week. The second item is the leasing & managing authorities, we have received draft copy from our solicitor and will be reading through it in the coming days and will advise solicitor if any changes are required, but it is getting close to being available.
Exciting times ahead with these initiatives so close to being up and running.
