VIC: Minimum Standards amendments
VIC: Amendments to Residential Tenancies Regulations, attached is Government Gazette released 25/11/2024 advising that of the proposed amendments to the minimum standards the only ones taking effect at this time are (1) Blind Cord Safety; and the second relates to heating standards in rooming houses. No mention is made of the other proposed changes that included insulation, shower heads, hot water, heating, and cooling.
