VIC: amendments to RTA effective 7/9/2022
VIC: some amendments to the RTA came into effect on 7/9/2022 mainly in regards to NRAS properties. We will update our FAQ search in the coming days along with the act copy in the dowloadabke resources section. The Act that made the changes was Residential Tenancies, Housing and Social Services Regulation Amendment (Administration and Other Matters) Act 2022

The copy of the RTA available in the downloadable resources has now been updated to the copy in force as at 7/9/2022, and the amended sections have been updated in the FAQ section.
