VIC: Notice of rent increase
There has been a recent case at VCAT discussing what is required for a "Notice of Rent Increase" to be valid. Whilst this is a VCAT case and not a Supreme Court ruling the reasoning behind the decision makes sense given previous Supreme Court rulings regarding "Notices to Vacate".
