Gas Compliance question
Just wondering if the gas compliance report show there is 1 non-compliance item- faulty ignition system. If it’s non-compliance but not causing big risks, does it mean it will still require action? A owner ask me I don't know the answer, any feedback will be appreciated. Or where I can get more information regarding the compliance requirement? Thanks

Hi Vicki, to me that is a non compliance issue and not an issue of safety. I would check with your gas plumber if it is classed as unsafe if it is safe then it is not an issue for the report. However the other issue is if their is a renter in the property then under section 68 the repair should be carried out to maintain the property.
