Amendment to VIC RTA
VIC: You may have noticed an updated version of the Residential Tenancies Act on the government legislation website as of 24th May 2023. It is only a minor change to the the definition of 'Health or residential service'. The amendment added to the definition a further category:
(ca) accommodation approved for supervised treatment under section 187 of the Disability Act 2006;
This is the only change made.
