Notice to Vacate - Family moving in where property owner is a company
I often have discussions with property managers regarding NTV's for owners family moving in where the property is owned by a company. This recent case supports has highlighted that companies are unable to issue these types of notices due to the fact that 1. They are not an individual (the act specifies an individual may issue this notice)m, and 2. A company does not have human relatives.
