VIC: Further legislation changes
VIC: The government today introduced a bill into parliament which will amend various aspects of Residential Tenancies such as abolition of the final 'no reason' NTV, rent increase limits and some other issues. The media release from the government is in the link below, as yet we cannot access the contents of the Bill on the legislation.vic.gov.au website, but once available we will review and discuss. As we always say no need to stress this is just another change that we will work through.
