VIC government hypocrisy
I get a little angry with hypocrites. The premier is keen to get rid of dodgy landlords. Dodgy landlords is a common phrase in her vocabulary, and as a result good landlords and good property managers suffer as Consumer Affiars sets about enforcing the Residential Tenancies Act and the government legislates further toughening of the laws. Well the house in this story is public housing, government owned, who is the dodgy landlord now.
